Nationality/Citizenship:

- A Tibetan refugee who came to India

- A person of Indian origin who migrated         from specific countries (Pakistan, Burma,     Sri Lanka, East African countries, etc.)         with the intention of permanently settling     in India.

Age Limit (as of August 1, 2024):

- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 30 years (Born between               August 02, 1994, and August 1, 2004).

>SC/ST: 5 years
>OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
>Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 10 
  years
>Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
>Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years

Educational Qualifications:

A degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university by the Indian Government.
The candidate must possess a valid mark-sheet or degree certificate indicating that they are a graduate on the day they register and must indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
